1. Definitions and Interpretation

2.3 Account Limits

2.3.1 Each Player may hold only one registered account on bk111. The creation of duplicate accounts is prohibited. Where bk111 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, bk111 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or close such accounts and withhold any associated balances pending investigation.

2.3.2 Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not allow any third party to access or use your account on your behalf.

3. Account Responsibilities and Security

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bk111 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. bk111 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access arises from your failure to maintain credential security.

3.2 You must notify bk111 immediately via the support channel if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

4.1 All financial transactions on bk111 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. bk111 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion.

4.2 The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing times are published in the bk111 account help section and may be updated from time to time.

4.3 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to anti-money laundering compliance requirements. bk111 reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing withdrawal requests.

4.4 Deposits made in error cannot be automatically reversed. You must contact bk111 support within 24 hours of an erroneous deposit to request investigation. bk111 does not guarantee refund of misdirected deposits.

4.5 All Funds held in your bk111 account are held for gaming purposes only and do not accrue interest. bk111 Funds do not constitute a banking deposit and are not protected by the State Bank of Pakistan deposit protection scheme.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 All bets and wagers placed on bk111 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type as published on the platform. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail.

5.2 bk111 reserves the right to void any bet where it suspects technical error, price error, manipulation, or use of prohibited software. Void bets will have the staked amount returned to the Player's account balance.

5.3 In-play betting odds on cricket, PSL, and other sports markets are subject to change at any time. A bet is confirmed only upon receipt of bk111's acceptance notification. Pending bets are not guaranteed.

5.4 bk111 house edge percentages and game Return to Player (RTP) figures are published within each game's information panel. These figures represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee any particular session outcome.

5.5 Settled bet outcomes are final unless subject to an official review process. bk111 will not re-open settled bets on the basis of subsequent events unless a published rule specifically provides for resettlement.

6. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

6.1 bk111 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, or other promotional credits to eligible Players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of the offer.

6.2 bk111 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice if it suspects abuse, fraud, or technical exploitation.

6.3 Bonus funds are generally non-withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met. Withdrawing your real-money balance before completing wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of associated bonus funds.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bk111 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, funds forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or game actions;
• Collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate game or event outcomes;
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or placing bets on events whose outcomes the Player has insider knowledge of or has participated in influencing;
• Opening accounts using false identity documentation;
• Money laundering or using bk111 to process proceeds of unlawful activities;
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or promotions;
• Attempting to exploit technical errors or software vulnerabilities in bk111 systems.

8. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

8.1 bk111 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. All registered Players have access to the following tools from within their account settings: deposit limits, loss limits, wager limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.2 bk111's total liability to any Player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the value of funds held in that Player's account at the time the claim arises.

10.3 bk111 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned downtime may occur. bk111 will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of platform unavailability.

11. Termination and Suspension

11.1 bk111 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any activity that may cause harm to bk111, other players, or third parties.

11.2 Upon legitimate account closure (where no breach has been found), any remaining balance will be returned to the Player via the registered payment method after completion of any outstanding KYC checks.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

12.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Players are responsible for compliance with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

12.2 In the event of a dispute regarding a settled bet, game outcome, or account decision, Players must submit a formal complaint via the bk111 support channel within 30 days of the relevant event. bk111 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 14 business days.

13. Amendments to These Terms
